Returns Policy

All Returns:
  • Customer is required to contact support@lamps-dlp.com for an RA (return authorization) before returning any part to our facility. Credit cannot be guaranteed if an RA has not been issued and the package will be returned to the customer in the same condition it was sent to our facility.
  • It is advised that the customer keeps record of the return tracking number and confirms shipment to 2501 Sycamore Street, Harrisburg PA 17111. Lamps-DLP.com is not liable for any return that does not show delivery to 2501 Sycamore Street, Harrisburg PA 17111 by the means of a tracking number.
  • All lamps are shipped to the customer inside of another shipping box and should be returned in the same manner. Any lamp returned inside of only the original lamp box cannot be guaranteed credit and will be returned to the customer in the same condition it was returned to our facility.
  • Any return where a reorder does not occur will incur a minimum 20% handling fee.
  • Below are instructions on how to return your lamp, listed by the reason for return.
  • Defective:
  • TOSHIBA ORIGINAL LAMPS: Customer must contact Toshiba directly for an exchange (800) 631-3811. This is a requirement directly from Toshiba.
  • MANUFACTURER ORIGINAL: (Excludes Toshiba original lamps) Customer must report defective condition within 60 days from the date of order.
  • PHILIPS LIGHTING ASSEMBLY: Customer must report defective condition within 1 year from the date of order.
  • RELAMPED ASSEMBLY: Customer must report defective condition within 180 days from the date of order.
  • A description of the defect and the tv model number are required to create an RA (return authorization)
  • Shipping on a replacement lamp will be upgraded to second business day for no additional charge.
  • The original lamp shipped must be received at our facility within 30 days of the date the RA was issued. A replacement lamp will be shipped for no additional charge upon receipt and inspection of the returned lamp at our facility.
  • Wrong Part Shipped:
  • Customer must report wrong part received within 10 days from the date of order.
  • An ARS label will be provided to return the wrong part received to our facility for no additional charge.
  • Shipping on a replacement lamp will be upgraded to second business day for no additional charge.
  • The original lamp shipped must be received at our facility within 30 days of the date the RA was issued.
  • The following 2 exchange options are available:
       1. Customer may reorder lamp from Lamps-DLP.com and an ARS label will be provided in this shipment for the return of the originally received lamp at no additional charge. Credit will be issued for the original order upon receipt and inspection of the returned lamp at our facility.
       2. Customer may return lamp to our facility at their expense. A replacement lamp will be shipped for no additional charge upon receipt and inspection of the returned lamp at our facility.
  • Damaged in Shipping:
  • Customer must report lamp damaged in shipping within 5 days from the date of receipt. It is advised that the customer requests the driver to note on the package any noticeable damage, such as damage to the box or a rattling noise from within the package.
  • Do not remove any labels or open any package suspected to be damaged in shipping.
  • A call tag will be issued with the shipper to pick up the damaged package and return it to our facility for no additional charge.
  • Shipping on a replacement lamp will be upgraded to second business day for no additional charge.
  • The following 2 exchange options are available:
       1. Customer may reorder lamp from Lamps-DLP.com. Credit will be issued on original order upon receipt and inspection of the returned lamp at our facility by UPS.
       2. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned lamp at our facility by UPS, a replacement lamp will be shipped for no additional charge.
  • Wrong Part Ordered:
  • Customer must report wrong part ordered within 10 days from the date of order.
  • A minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged.
  • The original lamp shipped must be received at our facility within 30 days of the date the RA was issued. The lamp must be received at our facility in the same resellable condition it was sent out to the customer. This includes an unopened box and all labels intact on the outside of the original lamp box, which should be clean of marks and writing.
  • If the returned lamp is not received at our facility in a resellable condition, credit cannot be guaranteed and lamp will be returned to the customer in the same condition it was returned to our facility.
  • Part Not Needed:
  • Customer must report part not needed within 10 days from the date of order.
  • A minimum 20% restocking fee will be assessed to the cost of the part.
  • The original lamp shipped must be received at our facility within 30 days of the date the RA was issued. The lamp must be received at our facility in the same resellable condition it was sent out to the customer. This includes an unopened box and all labels intact on the outside of the original lamp box, which should be clean of marks and writing.
  • If the returned lamp is not received at our facility in a resellable condition, credit cannot be guaranteed and lamp will be returned to the customer in the same condition it was returned to our facility.

  • * Shipments outside of the continental United States will be charged shipping in accordance with the shipper's current rate and customs-related fees (such as brokerage fees, duties, and applicable taxes).

    UPS Ground shipping is available for no charge to locations within the continental United States.
