How will you ship my order?
Most orders ship UPS ground for no charge to locations within the continental United States. View our full shipping policy by clicking here.
What if I want priority shipping?
The following upgraded shipping options will be available during the checkout process*:
$10 Second business day, UPS Blue
$25 Next business day, UPS Red
$40 Overnight Saturday (available Friday before 4PM Eastern Time, pending availability to shipping address)
* Shipments outside of the continental United States will be subject to additional shipping charges.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
You will be notified by automated email regarding the shipment of your order, including a tracking number.
I didn't receive my automated tracking email.
Please allow up to 48 after placing your order for the email to arrive with your tracking number. It is advised that you also check your spam filter, as automated emails are sometimes mistaken as spam.
What is a relamped assembly?
This assembly uses a recycled housing from the manufacturer's original lamp assembly. A brand new Philips or Osram bulb is preinstalled in this recycled housing. Using a lamp assembly with housing minimizes the need for additional installation by you. This is an assembly with housing available for a lesser cost than the manufacturer's original lamp aseembly.
What does manufactured by Philips Lighting mean?
This lamp includes a brand new Philips bulb preinstalled into the housing assembly. Philips manufactures the bulbs for many of the assemblies used by other manufacturers. Using a lamp assembly with housing minimizes the need for additional installation by you. This is an assembly with housing available for a lesser cost than the manufacturer's original lamp aseembly.
What is the warranty on your lamps?
Manufacturer original lamps have a 60 day warranty period. Relamped and Philips Lighting assemblies have a 180 day warranty period.
